Media Release

MEDIA RELEASE AND CONTENT AUTHORIZATION

Titans Regiment

This Media Release and Content Authorization Agreement ("Agreement")
is entered into between Titans Regiment ("Regiment") and the undersigned participant ("Participant").

Participation in this Agreement is voluntary and is not required for membership acceptance.


1. Authorization

I grant Titans Regiment permission to photograph, record, film, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use my: Photographs Videos Audio recordings Testimonials Written reviews Challenge submissions Rank evaluations Training footage Statements and comments for lawful business purposes as described in this Agreement.


2. Authorized Uses

I authorize Titans Regiment to use approved content for: Website content Social media platforms Marketing materials Promotional campaigns Educational materials Member recognition Rank announcements Recruitment materials Printed materials Future media formats not currently known or developed


3. Ownership

I understand that any photographs, videos, recordings, or media created by Titans Regiment remain the property of Titans Regiment. I acknowledge that I do not acquire ownership rights to such media through participation.


4. Member-Submitted Content
I understand that I may voluntarily submit: Progress photos Progress videos Challenge completion videos Rank verification videos Testimonials Reviews Submission of content does not automatically authorize public use. Titans Regiment will obtain permission before publicly using member-submitted progress photos, transformation photos, testimonials, or personal success stories.


5. No Compensation
I understand that I will not receive compensation, royalties, commissions, licensing fees, or other payments for authorized use of media covered by this Agreement.


6. Reputation and Respect
Titans Regiment agrees to use media in a professional manner consistent with the values and reputation of the organization. Titans Regiment will not knowingly use media in a misleading, defamatory, or intentionally harmful manner.


7. Withdrawal of Consent
I may withdraw future authorization by submitting a written request to:
support@titansregiment.com
Withdrawal of consent will apply only to future uses after the request is received. I understand that Titans Regiment may continue to use materials already published, distributed, printed, or incorporated into existing media prior to withdrawal.


8. Rank Recognition
I understand that Titans Regiment may publicly recognize rank achievements, challenge completions, member milestones, and awards using: Name Rank Photographs Videos Achievement descriptions unless I specifically request otherwise in writing.


9. Release
I release and hold harmless Titans Regiment, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from claims arising from authorized use of media as described in this Agreement.


10. Voluntary Agreement

I acknowledge that:
I have read this Agreement.
I understand its contents. Participation is voluntary.
Membership acceptance is not dependent upon signing this Agreement.
I voluntarily grant the permissions described herein.
