Membership Agreement

TITANS REGIMENT MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
Effective Date: June, 14 2026

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") governs participation in Titans Regiment and constitutes a binding agreement between Titans Regiment ("Regiment") and the participating member ("Member").

By accepting membership, the Member agrees to all terms contained herein.

1. Membership by Selection
Titans Regiment operates through a selection process. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Membership is granted at the sole discretion of Titans Regiment. The Regiment reserves the right to accept or decline any application.


2. Membership Structure
Membership is offered on a month-to-month basis. Members may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation becomes effective immediately upon notice. Memberships cannot be paused, frozen, transferred, or reserved. Because membership capacity is limited, vacated positions may be offered to other applicants. Rejoining Titans Regiment may require a new application and approval process.


3. Membership Fees and Refund Policy
All membership fees are non-refundable. 1 No refunds, credits, prorated reimbursements, or partial refunds shall be issued for: Voluntary cancellation Missed training sessions Failure to participate Temporary absence Suspension Revocation of membership Payment of membership fees grants access to participation opportunities and resources but does not guarantee specific results.


4. Standards of Conduct
Members agree to: Treat others respectfully. Communicate honestly. Conduct themselves professionally. Refrain from harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or abusive behavior. Uphold the reputation and standards of Titans Regiment. Follow instructor guidance when participating in Regiment activities. Conduct inconsistent with these standards may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or revocation of membership.


5. Communication Requirements
Remote Coaching members are expected to maintain reasonable communication with the Regiment. This includes: Participation in designated communication channels. Responding to important program communications. Maintaining periodic contact with instructors regarding progress, questions, concerns, or training issues. Failure to maintain communication may affect standing within the program.


6. Membership Revocation
Titans Regiment reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership at its sole discretion.
Reasons may include, but are not limited to: Harassment or abusive conduct Threats toward other members Fraudulent information Repeated violations of community standards Disruptive behavior Misrepresentation of rank or achievements Unauthorized distribution of member resources Conduct that damages the reputation of Titans Regiment Persistent failure to comply with program requirements Revocation of membership does not entitle the member to a refund.


7. Rank System
Titans Regiment utilizes a progression and ranking system. Members acknowledge and agree that: Rank is earned, not purchased. Rank advancement requires successful completion of established standards. Rank may be withheld if standards are not met. Rank may be revoked for dishonorable conduct, fraud, misrepresentation, or violations of Regiment standards. Titans Regiment retains final authority regarding all rank determinations. Rank decisions are final.


8. Intellectual Property and Rank Insignia
All Titans Regiment intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Titans Regiment. This includes, but is not limited to: Logos Emblems Rank insignia Training systems Program content Written materials Videos Designs  Challenges Curriculum Equipment concepts The following rank insignia are protected intellectual property of Titans Regiment: Warrior Champion Hero Legend Sentinel Members may not reproduce, alter, sell, distribute, manufacture, license, or commercially exploit any insignia or intellectual property without written authorization.


9. Confidential Information
Members agree not to disclose, distribute, publish, or share: Member-only training materials Internal resources Rank requirements Program documents Prototype information Development projects Members-only content This obligation continues after membership ends.


10. Member Directory and Rankings
Members acknowledge that certain information may be visible to other members within the Titans Regiment platform. Such information may include: Name Rank Challenge achievements Progression status Membership standing Participation in the member community constitutes consent to such visibility.


11. Symbols of Membership
The Titan Pendant, rank apparel, insignia, and related symbols represent membership and achievement within Titans Regiment. Members whose rank has been revoked or whose membership has been terminated may not represent themselves as holding ranks they no longer possess. Titans Regiment reserves the right to require removal of rank representations that are inaccurate or misleading. 12. Governing Authority Titans Regiment reserves the right to interpret, modify, update, and enforce: Membership standards Rank requirements Program rules Community standards Policies and procedures Such decisions are made at the sole discretion of Titans Regiment.


13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Montana. 14. Binding Arbitration Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, membership, rank status, participation, or services provided by Titans Regiment shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Montana. The member waives the right to trial by jury and agrees not to participate in any class action proceeding.


15. Acknowledgment
By signing below, the Member acknowledges that: They have read and understood this Agreement. They agree to abide by all Titans Regiment policies and standards. They understand that membership may be revoked for violations of this Agreement. They understand that membership fees are non-refundable. They voluntarily agree to all terms contained herein.
